What I process

When you submit the project form, I process your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, budget and timing preferences and your message.

The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party advertising or tracking tools. The server briefly logs IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and communicate before a possible contract. The legal bases are your consent and steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5).

Storage and transfers

Form data is stored on my own server inside the European Union. Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted after at most 24 months.

Email and instant messaging services are used to notify me of new requests; these notifications contain only what I need to reply. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data (GDPR Art. 15–21; KVKK Art. 11). Write to iletisim@burakmeric.com to exercise them.

You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
